A Calmer Evening: Building a Wind-Down Routine

A good evening doesn't start at bedtime. It starts an hour or two earlier, when you begin telling your body the day is winding down.

Keep a rhythm

Go to bed and get up at roughly the same time. Regular timing is one of the most reliable habits for a settled evening.

Dim and quiet

Lower the lights, put screens away earlier, and keep the bedroom cool and dark. Try a warm shower, a few pages of a book, or light stretching.

Watch the late stuff

Heavy meals, caffeine and alcohol close to bedtime tend to work against a calm evening.

Where K61 might fit

Some people include a topical as part of their evening ritual, like the Recovery Concentrate massaged in after a shower. K61 products are not sleep aids and we don't make sleep claims. If sleep is a persistent problem, talk to your doctor.
