- 50 ng/mL on the initial immunoassay screen
- 15 ng/mL on confirmatory GC-MS or LC-MS/MS testing
If a screening test flags something, confirmatory testing distinguishes CBD and its metabolites from THC-COOH. That is the step that sorts out a genuine false positive.
