K61 Shipping Policy
All K61 products are hemp-derived and compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% delta-9 THC. We ship from Kansas via USPS within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses, as U.S. Postal regulations prohibit international shipment of hemp products.
Processing and delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
- An adult signature may be required in states that mandate age verification on delivery.
State shipping restrictions
State hemp laws differ, and we comply with the laws of every destination state. Restrictions differ by product type because our topicals are made with zero-THC CBD isolate, while our gummies are made with broad spectrum hemp extract.

Why these states: Idaho requires ingestible CBD products to contain absolutely zero THC; Colorado restricts hemp-derived cannabinoid ingestibles to licensed dispensaries; Tennessee restricts direct-to-consumer online hemp sales; and Mississippi's rules for shipped hemp ingestibles are currently under review. If your state is listed, our topical products remain available to you. This list is reviewed regularly as state laws change — last updated July 2026.
Our compliance commitment
Every K61 batch is tested by an independent, ISO-accredited laboratory, and Certificates of Analysis are available on our Lab Results page and by QR code on every product. We retain all compliance documentation in accordance with USPS Publication 52 requirements for mailing hemp products.
