Most recovery advice sounds like a second job. A good routine is the opposite: small, repeatable, and boring enough that you do it on the days you don't feel like it.
Start with the basics
Before any product, the foundations do the heavy lifting: a regular sleep window, enough protein and water, easy movement on off days, and a few minutes of stretching. If those are shaky, nothing you add on top will matter much.
Make it a ritual, not a project
Pick one anchor: right after a workout, right after dinner, or right before bed. Attach one or two habits to it. Ten minutes of gentle mobility. A warm shower. Putting the phone down.
Where K61 fits, if you want it to
K61 is a menu, not a mandate. Some people like adding a topical to their post-activity ritual, such as the Recovery Standard balm stick or the Recovery Concentrate balm. Others prefer a daily habit like Resilience Rounds. Nothing here requires buying the rest, and every batch has a published lab report.
Keep it honest
Track how you feel for two weeks. Keep what you notice helps, drop what doesn't. If you have a medical condition or take medication, talk with your doctor first.
