Welcome to K61. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Age requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to require proof of age and to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

2. Our products

All K61 products are derived from industrial hemp and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"). K61 topical products are made with CBD isolate and contain zero THC. K61 gummies are made with broad spectrum hemp extract and may contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC. Every batch is tested by an independent, accredited laboratory, and Certificates of Analysis are available on our Lab Results page.

3. No medical claims; FDA disclaimer

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. K61 products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this website, including our blog, is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before using any K61 product, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, take prescription medications, or have a medical condition.

4. Your responsibility for local laws

Hemp laws vary by state and locality. By purchasing, you confirm that hemp-derived CBD products are lawful in your jurisdiction and that you accept full responsibility for compliance with your local laws. We do not ship ingestible products to states where they are restricted (see our Shipping Policy).

5. Drug testing notice

While our broad spectrum gummies consistently test non-detectable for THC, we cannot guarantee that any hemp-derived product will not cause a positive drug test. If you are subject to drug testing, we recommend our zero-THC isolate topical products, and you use all products at your own discretion.

6. Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we believe violate these terms or applicable law. Prices are subject to change. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K61 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the K61 name, logo, product names, label designs, photography, and blog articles — is the property of K61 and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.
